Corporate Relations Department

MCSGOC has its own Corporate Relation Department, which operates under the overall guidance of a coordinator who heads a team of managers and executives, to work towards better placements every year, at the campuses.

The full-fledged Corporate Relation Department is highly committed to plan and execute various placement activities round the year. Most of our alumni are very well placed in the reputed companies through on/off campus interviews.	Mr. Jayant Tolani Asst. Manager Corporate Relations	Having experience of more than 5 in the corporate in Marketing Field and has worked with Tata AIG, Coca Cola & Korpus India at Middle Management Level. Corporate Relation Department not only works out strategies to upgrade the employability skills of the students by enhancing their technical skills and soft skills but we also emphasis on their overall personality development.

The main objective of the department is to enhance the placement prospects of MCSGOC Last few years, more than 100 companies have recruited students from MCSGOC. There has students. The personnel visit potential employers in various companies and apprise them of the ample talent available at our College. Over the years, they have developed strong relationships with more than 1,000 companies all over India. also been a steady increase in the number of companies recruiting from MCSGOC every year.

The Corporate Relation Department organizes various activities such as guest lectures, pre-placement talks and workshops, which give opportunities to the industry as well as the students to interact with each other. Apart from academics, the students are given career counseling and training in soft skills, and are also exposed to group discussion practice sessions and mock interviews prior to the final placements. A Collaborative Effort

The entire placement exercise is a collaborative effort between MCSGOC and the students. While MCSGOC provides guidance and support through extensive networking with potential employers, the students have the responsibility of making the best possible efforts to obtain suitable placements.

MCSGOC has entered into a partnership with PurpleLeap, a Pearson Educomp Group Comapny which enables colleges to produce Quality Talent for the industry. They work in partnership with colleges to set up state-of-art learning programs which lead to high

quality professional development to the students.

The programs are divided into three separate groups:

Career Programs: PurpleLeap Career Programs are mapped to specific roles in the industry. These programs impart both domain and organizational skills thereby making the candidate workplace ready.

Skill Modules: These modules are meant for students who want to strengthen their skills in selective areas like written communication or problem solving etc.

Assessment Series: The assessment series is meant for Students who want to understand their level of preparedness on industry expectation. The students get a comprehensive skill-level analysis of the performance and benchmarking against standard.
