This Center for Biotechnology of MCSGOC has the biggest commercial laboratory in UP, India producing International Standard Tissue Culture plants of various crops. MCSGOC today successfully produces most fine variety of BananaG9. This requires less consumption of water and short duration for production with a better quality.

It was a big step towards a greener future- It’s a small eco-friendly car made by the mechanical students of MCSGOC in 2014 to carry 4-6 passengers. It consists of the body of a used car without its engine and other accessories like sitting arrangement and transparent PVC roof. It is much safer than the other golf cars present in the world market because this car has robust body which is of thick sheet of metal and at the same time the car is much heavier than the golf car which gives it a high moment of inertia. The car has an effective breaking system which uses a master cylinder arrangement.The cost of this golf car is very less as compared to the commercial golf car present in the market because it is made by the scrap material.

The BIO GAS PLANT designed by our Bio Technology and Mechanical students is used to prepare food for students residing in hostel and also a special arrangement is under process where the Bio gas can be used for running the generator and geysers, the Biogas plant set up used in our college is as per the standards of UNICEF

We at MCSGOC has innovated such electronic ballast which reduces wattage by approximately 10-1 compared with magnetic ballasts operating two 32-W T8 lamps. The device manufactured controls the starting voltage and the operating currents of lighting devices built on the principle of electrical gas discharge. It refers to that part of the circuit which limits the flow of current through the lighting device and may vary from being a single resistor to a bigger, complex device.

We have made LED bulbs using 8 LEDs per cluster, and encased in diffuser lenses which spread the light in wider beams. Available with standard bases which fit common household light fixtures, LEDs are the next generation innovation in home lighting. It is a big leap in technology that can be seen as an upgraded form from analog to digital. LED is a digital light and has advantages over conventional ’ analog’ lighting and a major benefit to both, the users and our planet Earth.

5 KW Solar plant was setup at girl’s hostel in 2015. In this project we have 20 Solar panels of 250W each. The setup also had 8 batteries and one solar invertor. The project is accomplished by students of EC department under the supervision of faculty members. –

The aim of this project was to save your home from fire. It is a microcontroller based gas detector using gsm module. Whenever lpg or cng gas leaks the MQ6 sensor senses the gas and due to which the led glows and it sends the message to your mobile phone through gsm module and then the exhaust fan automatically starts.
Applications :Surveillance, mining, taking photos.

Inspection robots are used in many fields of industry. One application is monitoring the inside of the pipes and channels recognizing and solving problems through the interior of pipes or channels. Automated inspection of the inner surface of a pipe can be achieved by a mobile robot.
Extensive efforts are made to mitigate corrosion. Pipe inspection is necessary to locate defects due to corrosion and wear while the pipe is transporting fluids. The ability is necessary especially when one should inspect an underground pipe. In this work, Pipe Inspection Robot (PIR) with ability to move inside horizontal and vertical pipes has been designed and fabricated.

The project concerns about the development of engine operated with bio-fuel in India. Biodiesel is a generic name for a diesel replacement fuel that is manufactured from either vegetable oils, animal fats and recycled cooking oils.
The objective of this study was an overall review of the biodiesel production from various lower cost feed stocks and their engine performances. Biodiesel produced from these feed stocks displayed better engine emission profiles that were suitable for use as diesel fuel.


This deals with producing refrigeration with the help of solar energy. Research is based on producing refrigeration without using electricity thereby making it economically feasible for most of the people living in rural areas.

This is a project to curb fraud of impersonating someone at the competitive examination, in this process; fingerprints were taken using inkless pads of students during exam. At the time of counseling, the software identifies the candidate by matching their fingerprint against the old ones saved at the time of giving examination. The verification and identification is done using software developed by ITC team members.

The software developed is innovative and is result of various researches done on this topic. Many improvisations are done to make it fulll proof. There is huge demand by various forensic organizations. During AIPMT exam conducted in MAY 2014, a World Record was created when in 3 hours around 6 lac students gave their finger prints using this system

Since the project has started the Information Technology Centre and the young and dynamic team of Aadhar has made approx. 3,00,000 Aadhar cards till date by establishing various camp and centres for Aadhar across whole UP.

The young and dynamic engineers of MCSGOC took the challenge and they were successfully executing the project. Exceeding the expectations of UIDAI, the IT centre has come up with the idea of Mobile Van for Aadhaar enrolment. This van could go to remote areas and reach every corner of allotted States for Aadhaar enrolment work. The Mobile Van is fitted with power back-up mechanism for 10 hours.

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana is a unique initiative by the Government of India that aimed to offer 24 lakh Indian youth meaningful, industry relevant, skill based training. Under this scheme, the trainees were offered a financial reward and a government certification on successful completion of training and assessment, which will help them in securing a job for a better future.

Customer Care Executive-Provided customer service support by interacting with customers over the phone
Optical Fiber Splicer–This was responsible for ensuring efficient splicing of the optical fibre cables and supports in optical fibre installation and in carrying out fibre testing using OTDR and power meter.

Unarmed Security Guard- To guard designated premises and people by manning the first tier of protection aided by appropriate security devices/ equipment. The core responsibility includes guarding against theft, criminal acts, emergencies, fire and other contingencies.
