We are looking for a dedicated Scholarship Officer to handle and manage scholarship work in our institution. The person will be responsible for checking student applications, verifying documents, and making sure all scholarship rules and guidelines are properly followed.

The role also includes liaisoning with departments such as the Samaj Kalyan Vibagh(OBC, Gen, SC/ST, Minority), National Scholarship Department, AICTE Scholarship Department etc. for smooth processing of scholarships.

The candidate should be able to guide students, resolve their queries, and ensure that the entire scholarship process is completed smoothly and on time.

• Conduct undergraduate and postgraduate classes.
• Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and laboratory experiments.
• Guide student projects, research, and internships.
• Mentor students and support their academic progress.

Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters

Organize campus placement drives

Ensure maximum student participation in placement activities

Achieve annual placement targets

Facilitate internship and apprenticeship opportunities

Establish partnerships with industries for training and placements

Sign MoUs with companies and organizations

Maintain regular communication with HR managers and recruiters

• Make outbound and attend inbound calls as per assigned data

• Explain products/services clearly and professionally

• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule appointments

• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

• Deliver lectures to MBA students across specializations.
• Design and update curriculum based on industry and academic developments.
• Supervise student projects, dissertations, and internships.

• Teach Mathematics and Mathematics Pedagogy courses to B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) students as per the NCTE / University curriculum.

• Plan and deliver effective lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions focusing on teaching–learning strategies in Mathematics.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and ICT-based instructional materials for Mathematics education.
