The Mobiliser (Skill Division) is responsible for community outreach, student mobilization, counseling, and enrollment of eligible candidates into skill development programs, ensuring target achievement and compliance with scheme guidelines.

The Center Manager (Skill Division) is responsible for the overall administration, academic delivery, compliance, and performance of the Skill Development Center. The role ensures smooth center operations, quality training delivery, target achievement, and strict adherence to government and funding agency guidelines.

• Deliver lectures to MBA students across specializations.
• Design and update curriculum based on industry and academic developments.
• Supervise student projects, dissertations, and internships.

• Conduct undergraduate and postgraduate classes.
• Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and laboratory experiments.
• Guide student projects, research, and internships.
• Mentor students and support their academic progress.

• Teach English Language, Literature, and English Pedagogy courses to B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) students as prescribed by the NCTE / affiliating University syllabus.

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions focusing on language skills, communicative competence, and pedagogy of English.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching-learning materials (TLMs), and ICT-based resources for effective English language teaching.

• Teach Mathematics and Mathematics Pedagogy courses to B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) students as per the NCTE / University curriculum.

• Plan and deliver effective lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions focusing on teaching–learning strategies in Mathematics.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and ICT-based instructional materials for Mathematics education.
